"I had State Farm for two years after using a different insurance agent for my vehicle. In the beginning, they were well-priced compared to my prior insurance. I had an accident 3 months ago where I was coming out of a bank drive through and got hit by a vehicle in the parking lot that was going way too fast coming around the corner. Even the employees made a comment she was “speeding through”. Driver did not end up having insurance on top of it. Officer unfortunately did not find anyone at fault due to “the design of the parking lot” and on top of it did not cite the other driver for not having insurance. I was the one who called the police as well as I have a dash camera so I had video of the incident. When I reported it to State Farm, they found ME at fault and would not explain why. When I mentioned the other drivers speed and the employees comments, they said “we could not determine speed a factor”. I called Scott, my agent at the time, to speak about the incident and didn’t return my call or emails for many days. When Scott finally got back to me, I informed him of how unhappy I was of the incident and the result needed to be changed. It took a week and a half for him to get back to me after I followed up with him multiple times just for for him to have no progress on the matter. The accident remains on my record to this day. Since then I have gone with a new insurance agency and have talked with them and my new agent more in a week than I had with State Farm and Scott in over two years! Normally do not leave these types of reviews, but glad that I switched"
